My washing takes ages. It should be about done now. The weather is still very grey here.

Then it started raining when I was walking back from the shops - laden. We can't complain though, as lots of places have had a lot worse summer than we have.

Walking the dog but I want it to be raining less.

It's supposed to be lovely weather here today, misty at the moment. I hope it does keep it's promise 25 degrees as I've got a wedding to go to which is all out of doors and you know what I'm like. It's miles away on an island near Kemble, on the edge of the Cotswolds and we won't get home till about 00.30. We could have stayed in a hotel over night but hubby saw the £60 a night price tag and said no way.

 

I should be sorting out what I'm wearing. Oh well.

Not too sure how I'll stay awake. I went to sleep far too late last night - about 0130. Message to self, don't chat so long on MSN.

It is a lovely day. The washing I put out yesterday, that didn't dry, is still out and still not dried. Enjoy the wedding, Nina.

I'm off to get the papers.

My headache cleared up completely after I took a couple of paramol and got some sleep. Unfortunately I woke at 4.30 and couldn't get back to sleep. I'm going out for dinner so I hope I don't fall asleep at the table.
