Thanks, had a good time at the wedding. Weather was glorious, the setting fabulous - an island in a lake. Just back now. Stayed awake no problem, despite a couple of halves of cider, two or three glasses of champagne and a glass of wine plus paramol to clear a headache. Did doze on the train on the way home though.

Hope your day wasn't too much hard work Meg.

It flew by. I didn't get time to chat, just spent the afternoon waitressing. It didn't help that the first people came 2hrs 15mins before I was expecting them. It went really well, lots of laughing groups and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

The best thing is - there are double chocolate muffins left. The whole homemade cakes went first. I'll just have to bring myself to finish of the things that remain.

I'm glad the wedding went well. How lucky were we both with the weather?

I'm now off to get the papers. And maybe a coffee as well. I just don't fancy a cake at the moment.

glad your day went well Nina.

Just save a muffin for me please Meg....and one for your mum, don't want her being jealous 'cos I wont be sharing

I should be getting dressed....I'm just so tired but got fed up of being in bed

I'm glad the party went well Meg. Hope you're not too tired and at least they left you some muffins.

These things count. If Pam thinks, in October, there would be muffins left, she's just plain daft. She know me!!

I should be out in the sun with my book. I'm not on holiday but, after I've got Dad's next drink, I've an hour free.
I sat out in the sun for a while relaxing, listening to Darius on my mp3 player till my fourteen year old came out in a strop because she couldn't find a pair of pyjamas to wear at a sleepover tonight. Keys flew from her hand. She's lucky they missed me.

My mum would have gone mad if I'd done that. Mind you, I'd have gone mad if my daughter did that. She'd have found it a good way not to get any help at all.

At least you weren't hurt even if your relax was ruined.

The only help she got was a suggestion to find a pair of shorts and Tshirt instead to wear to bed.

Sorting my husband's MP3 player...or should I say loading it with music after I've added the music to my PC....he doesn't want any of mine.

He's definitely right when he says we have nothing in common.........!!!!
