oh God no :o .... the whole idea is that the eyes and lips are hazy and airbrushed-looking. It's meant to be dreamlike and soft focus..... because the songtitle is In God's Hands. Think ethereal ;)

 

The text doesn't work in the middle, where I personally usually prefer it, I tried it.

it was just taken from the amazon cover for Loose..... copied the image onto my workspace, then used the Magic Wand tool on PhotoShop to take the text from the original cover onto mine. as the font is white, it worked quite well

I agree - I prefer the cover without the second Amerie...or if not without her, without the white border around her :)

I never touch the face or the silhouettes in my covers... She's naturally very thin apparently or it is her tightened dress...
