It depends on if it's good or not, I know I will like it regardless
I agree with Tyler, regardless of whether its number 1 or 100, I will love it always

Depends how good it is  If its as crap as Slave4U then it'll be a minor hit, if its as purely amazing as Toxic then she'll take over the world.

IAS4Y is a Britney classic

I don't really know anymore, cuz she wont sell because of her name - I mean look at Xtina

I thought all her new singles were gonna be #1s in the US

They werent

None even entered the top 5

SLAVE 4 U IS ORGASMIC!

I think if the new single sounded like that it would be huge, as the music scene is really into that sound right now...

It was terrible :puke2: She didn't even sing, she spoke her way through the song. Not a patch on her better stuff - Everytime, Toxic.

Lyrically Slave 4 U was great IMO.

Her best line ever: What's practical is logical, what the hell who cares

Slave 4 U seems to be pretty well respected by Americans for some reason, but it passed a lot of people by in the UK I think - despite making Top 10. It is one of her worse songs.

As for the new single, I'll no doubt like it but I'm not sure how big it'll be. There was a time when I was set to buy Kelly Clarkson's new album and she was going to be HUGE again, but that hasn't happened because the first single just wasn't good enough...

I think her music will be hot, it's just Britney's image that isn't 100% right now. Jive knows she needs a HOT record, so I doubt it will dissapoint. It could be f***ing $h!t and it would still go top 5 in the UK though

Yeah I agree, her image needs an overhaul :(

Britney is HUGE in the UK, anything she releases first off this album will go Top 5 I'm sure  I'm quite surprised that she hasn't done as magnificently in the US actually, considering over here, even in 2004, she did amazingly :o

Well, her albums sell like hot cakes in America, her singles do well on the sales charts as well. Radio just doesn't pick up on her more dance/pop singles...well the pop stations do, but if you want a top 10 hit you need some hip-hop stations as well.

Each time Brit releases an album it sells half as much as the previous in the US! So the signs aren't good  But I think that with this one, like In The Zone, it'll get double platinum.

That's because she slowly left the audience of having millions of kids begging there parents for her album, to the young adult audience where illegal downloading is dominant.

Indeed. I've never bought a Britney album (though I think someone bought 'Britney' for me). I may buy this one...
I have bought each one MULTIPLE times. I have 12 copies of ITZ
