Okay, I'd like to start by saying this is not a tell-you-what-you-can-and-cant-think-and-say thread :lol:

 

My point is that every thread is being cluttered with comments about If You Go, how tragic that it hasnt been a single etc - well can we try and appreciate her other songs a little?

 

There must be some reason If You Go hasn't had a release. There's a good chance of course that Sophie will change her mind but in the meanwhile let's just appreciate her other singles from TTLF, and the album itself - it is amazing, after all. :D

I agree, TTLF is one of the best albums of the year, pure amazingness! :wub:

Not that I am a big fan, but her albums are pure pop at its best, so I have to like it :( :lol:

 

China Heart is my favourite on the album :wub: Then Catch You, Supersonic, New York City Lights, but the whole thing is pretty amazing. :P

For me, and I know a lot of other Sophie fans, it's one of Sophie's best tracks of all time, so naturally there will be comments about it left, right and centre, wether they are moaning about it not being released or how great it really is.

Well a quick look on Sophie's official forum made it clear to me not every fan loves it at all :lol: There seemed to be more support there for IICD than IYG. Im just saying try and not mention it in all the threads which seems to be what is happening.

I'll get over it. Sure its a great song with lots of potential but some artists don't make any great single choices during promo of an album - Sophie has made 2 already, with CY and TTSOU. So im fine with it :P

I think '24' and 'Come On Closer' should have definitely been singles. :( '24' would have been massive, everyone wanted it. That album is a true example of single fuck ups, maybe Sophie's going the same way. :(
