I know, and to think 'Today The Sun's On Us' will be like a hole burnt into her career. :(

A burning blaze that will never ever go out :(

I actually hope it results in no 4th single, no one will then have to go through what i have today

It is released this week :D

Ellis-bextor, Sophie / Trip The Light Fantastic (CD)

Released: Sat 28 Jul 07

Genre: Rock & Pop > Pop > Pop A-z

Price: $22.88 (incl GST)

Sophie worked with some of pop’s finest names on the album – from Cathy Dennis, who penned the lead single, to Fred Schnieder from The B52's, Dan Gillespie Sells from The Feeling & Xenomania. Album includes 2 UK bonus tracks – ‘Can’t Have It All’ and ‘Supersonic’!

And some reviews...

A really brilliant album. There are some really dancey songs, some infectious catchy ones and then some slow ballads. We even get the bonus tracks this time! And they're both really good. This album hasn't disappointed me, and my expectations were pretty high!

By far the BEST album she's released!

Some songs are SO catchy! Eg. Only One, Me and My Imagination, If I Can't Dance.

Can't Have It All is a terrific song! Very impressive

This is a fantastic album! One of Sophie's best. The songs are up beat and catchy and make up the perfect dance album! Songs are fun and will have you singing along, stand-outs include Me and My Imagination, If I Can't Dance, If You Go and Only One. Buy it!!

24/6/2007 Sophie Fan 4 Ever!!!

A great album - As good, if not better than Read My Lips and about a billion times better than Shoot From The Hip.

Some slow songs, some fast songs - Only 1 or 2 slightly weak songs -

Great ballads, a bit of electronica, something to dance to and some quite witty, clever, and very catchy lyrics

Stand out tracks - Catch you, Me and My Imagination, New York City Lights and If I Can't Dance....

If you loved Bextor's first release 'Read My Lips', you'll love this...

This should ea... More

23/6/2007 I've no need for your protocol...
