Tom Simpson was due to appear before a judge in Glasgow yesterday (July 31) to answer to charges of cocaine possession, but never made it into the courthouse. No reasons for his absence were provided by Simpson's lawyer, who managed to postpone the hearing until Aug. 28. Simpson was arrested earlier this month and charged with allegedly possessing cocaine in 2006 (read full story).
August 3, 200717 yr Naughty naughty! Tom Simpson isn't actually on that picture! He is the short chubby one who plays the keyboard. Wonder what the future holds for him in Snow Patrol. Will they tell him to leave or give him a chance? He has been a member of Snow Patrol since they first started. What are your views? Do you think he should stay in the band or not?
