In a recent interview, Jennifer Lopez had mentioned that she was going to release two singles simultaneously & we all know that Hold It, Don't Drop It is one of them, but now producer Ryan Alias, who is known for his recent production on Hilary Duff's 'Gypsy Woman' & Timbaland's 'Apologize' put this message on his official myspace blog:

BEGINNING THIS WEEK…BE SURE TO LISTEN FOR JENNIFER LOPEZ’S 1ST SINGLE, “DO IT WELL” WRITTEN & PRODUCED BY RYAN “ALIAS” TEDDER !!!

WHEN YOU HEAR IT, POST A COMMENT WITH WHAT YA THINK …

Not sure as of yet. Perhaps both will be sent to radio and whichever they pick up will be the first single or something, or perhaps more like we get HIDDI whilst the US get t'other one. Still, 2 new vids :D

Do It Well can leak anytime!

i guess they'll both be released... probably Hold It Don't Drop It to Europe, and Do it Well to US.

can't wait to hear it!

Hopefully it will be tomorrow  or end of the week. So excited  :cheer:

I'm guessing that Do It Well is gonna be an uptempo R&B club banga type of track which would probably be more suited to the US than HIDDI!

Lopez recently released a Spanish-language album, "Como Ama una Mujer," and her first English-language album in two years will be released this October. The first single will be released in a few weeks and should contain two new tracks: "Hold It, Don't Drop It" and "Do It Well." She'll be shooting the video for "Hold It" next week and is also working on a new tour to support the album. As for her next movie, director Robert Rodriguez has mentioned her as a possible star for his modern version of the '60s cult flick "Barbarella" (which ironically starred her "Monster-in-Law" co-star Jane Fonda).

Lopez feigned ignorance of the rumor, stating, "He's gonna come to me? Really? Is that true? That would be fantastic. This is gonna be funny, because [in] my video that I'm doing, we are gonna do a 'Barbarella' thing in it. Isn't that weird?"

Sounds like another shot at destiny.

"El Cantante" is now playing nationwide.

WOooooo that tour part is that for the UK?
it better be.. i need to start saving now  its gonna be expensive
