oh cool where are you going :o

oh cool where are you going :o

Well I am very excited, I leave on September 3rd, flying to Brisbane, then working my way up [hopefully visiting al lthe little islands] to Caines, should take 2/3 weeks.

Then flying down to Adelaide, then Melbourne, Tasmania, Canberra, Sydney and then back to Brisbane to see family and fly home on 15th October! It should be wicked, hopefully.

[These plans are only rough in my head of what I want to do, dare say they will change! Also visiting a friend in Sydney, Layal, very excited about that too! Bit scary doing it alone but hopefully I shall live...]

sounds like a good holiday. it has been so nice here in tasmania, but this week it has rained and rained! it is 12AM now (just watched die hard, not on net all night!!) and it is so windy and yuck!

but it should be fine by then. Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne are awesome. what part of tassie are you going to? cradle mountain is cool, but if you go be careful. loads of nature stuff to do here Stanley nut, dismal swamp, some air walk thing. they are all cool though

AH are you travelling alone?? that would be so spooky!! i wouldnt be able to, lots of people can. i hate them for that

oh and drive or catch a bus from brisbane (takes around 1 hour) and go to the gold coast. it is awesome if your into beaches and theme parks. going there in december and i cant wait!! you will find your beach babes there or whatever your into. gold coast rocks!

haha wicked, I don't know exactly where I'm going yet.

I shall do a full on itinery before I leave. The gold coast sounds good though thanks for that!

Are you going to do the Neighbours tour in Melbourne? I really wanna go to Oz just so I can do that !!
Are you backpacking? because if not that would all cost alot  Do backpackers stay in hotels or not? and i'd love to go to Oz! I'm having a year off but i'm not backpacking as such but i'm going to paris/munich/prague, and it involvestrains and stuff   at least i'm not doing it alone tho :o also make sure you don't go in to the outback :o Aliens! have you never seen the kids tv show jeopardy :o

haha yes hopefully going to the Neighbours set etc, yes I'm backpacking and yes it'll be amazing.

Although no to the outback, no time to get through all that! haha.

Ha Ha i havent even been to the outback. i wouldnt because all the native aborigional people live out there and they are feral!

i always see the neighbours tour bus when im on the way home from school!

that was really rude.. :o

though they do stare at you alot! I climbed ayres rock and it was awesome!!!

have you not been watching the news? they are into drugs, alcohol and porn. the government has stepped in to ban all this stuff because they were bashing people and sexually abusing their children. so i dont think i was being rude. they are monsters
not all. they are really nice people in other areas and communities

sorry for offending you. it isnt what i set out to do. i shouldnt have generalized. people that abuse children just make my blood boil. i have some very good part aborigional friends, so what i said wasnt an attack on all aborigional people. i infact respect the race after studying it for the last two years. It is just that area, it isnt that safe atm

sorry once again. and you are :o

Finally Delta is the studio  Cant wait for the new material :o
I thought aborigional people were people from hundreds of years ago that lived in caves? :S what are aborigional people, please fill me in ^_^

lol. they are the native people of australia. they lived off the land and had 'clans' in different areas of australia. most of these tribes are no longer around. but there are aborigional people in central australia. There are a few tribes that live the traditional way (no european influence) and hunt off the land and live in caves or huts or whatever depending on where they live.

now the problem ones are the ones that do not live traditionally (most of these are not pure aborigionals, as they have neen bread with europeans) but they still are very dark. they claim all the government benifits and spend it on drugs alcohol etc. they live as the rest of australia do (tv, toilet, shower etc) but still moan about the europeans invading and taking their land, so they get more money. this money is abused on alcohol etc.

many other people that claim they are part aborigional can be found all over australia (where the europeans have settled) they are part aborigional because they have been bred with other ethnicities. i think you have to trace a family tree to claim you have 'aborigional blood' to get the government money

in saying that i mostly only studdied traditional aborigionals and their beliefs, way of live etc. thank god year 12 is over, we had to study aborigional, islam, ethics and heaps of other rubbish in religion.

:o So there were actually people in australia before europeans went there :o Did they speak their own language before english was introduced?
