On the World Charts website - the reason for the 5 yearly intervals is because of copyright. Originally they were on for the corresponding week of every year but was asked to take them down or face legal action for copyright or a hefty licence fee. Same for Billboard in the US. I was however given permission to put them up at 5 yearly intervals by both so that's how it came about. Everyhit.com do not use the offical chart and only some sort of Top 40 only.
