August 10, 200717 yr I was a massive fan of theirs - great harmonies of Alan Clark & Graham Nash My faves are: Just One Look Here I Go Again Yes I Will I'm Alive Look Through Any Window I Can't Let Go Stop Stop Stop On A Carousel King Midas In Reverse Gasoline Alley Bred Long Cool Woman In A Black Dress (their only US #1) The Air That I Breathe (their best ballad) A piece of trivia: Does anyone know what was the Hollies first hit after the departure of Graham Nash to for Crosby Stills & Nash? Who replaced him and what band did he come from. If nobody gets it - ANSWERS LATER Edited August 12, 200717 yr by Euro Music

August 10, 200717 yr The Hollies and The Searchers could do no wrong for me!!! Both still touring - I try to see them every time they are local to me. I think 'Stay' was The Hollies first single and probably the very first record I ever bought!! Tony Hicks was always my favourite band member and he is the only original in the band today. Similarly, John McNally was my favourite Searcher and I believe he is the only original with them also!! :D Julie
