I'm the same as you Preston, never before and never since and I doubt that there will be anyone in this year's X Factor but I am watching it

Same here Preston and Nina - there have been many artists over the years who I have liked and maybe occasionally been to see,

but, even when I was younger there was no-one who impressed me enough to support the way I do Darius!! :cheer: :wub: :D

(And I'm certainly not looking to find anyone else - I wouldn't have the time, or the money!!! :lol: )

Even as a pre teen/teenager, I'd never have spent so much time on anyone else. It amuses people I know that I'll stand and wait - just really not like me.

The kids in PI hadn't a clue what the judges wanted so they just sang a song they knew and on the show, tried to learn fast and do what whatever they were asked to. The judges in PI didn't expect the auditioness to turn up at the auditions as 'a complete package'. If they had, Gareth and Zoe would have made it through but Darius with facial hair and dressed in denim and Will with his egg stains might not have.

 

I sometimes wonder if the best singers aren't making it through to the judges in X-Factor because they don't have the right image for the producers in the pre-interviews or if the need to put enough bad singers through to entertain people in the weeks before the live shows prevents other good but not confident singers from going through.

I also think that the attitude has radically changed. It was always a business, but it seems to be just tv entertainment now.

I think its called charisma.

And he certainly has it in plenty.

You know wha these men are like, if he can lose a voice, who knows where he may have lost some charisma. He'll have to go back to the bus stop and see if he left it there.

Be careful if you find it - you never know if it's been trained - the voice was but the charisma may not be.

I dont think Darius would ever lose his charsma, he only has to stand in a room and his sheer appearance seems to give out an aura, he just isnt like the run of the mill man..and having seen what france has to offer in the way of their so called sexy men..I think that even more lol
