"'In With The Out Crowd'

Released May 22nd on Reprise

Gainesville quintet Less Than Jake return with 'In With The Out Crowd', their second album for Reprise following 2003's 'Anthem'.

Recorded with producer Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, The Used, Hoobastank), 'In With The Out Crowd' finds Less Than Jake's musical approach focused on a more streamlined hard rock approach as well as their usual fiery ska-punk shenanigans. Taking influences from the likes of Screeching Weasel, Operation Ivy, The Specials, The Police and early Green Day, Less Than Jake have delivered the most focused and fully developed album of their career.

With highlights including the duel vocal attack of 'Soundtrack Of My Life' and the gritty ska of 'P.S. Shock The World', 'In With The Out Crowd' will be preceded by the May 15th release of a double A-side single featuring stand-out tracks 'Overrated (Everything Is)' and 'Still Life Franchise'.

Less Than Jake released their debut album 'Pez-core' in 1995 and soon marked themselves as one of the world's finest ska-punk bands with tracks such as 'All Of My Best Friends Are Metalheads' becoming rock club staples. However, it's through heavy touring that Less Than Jake have really made their name, with their main-stage appearances at the Download, Reading and Leeds festivals being amongst their biggest. Their Reprise debut, 'Anthem', was released on 2003 and featured the singles 'She's Gonna Break Soon' and 'The Science Of Selling Yourself Short'.

Founding member, drummer and lyricist Vinnie also co-runs the Fueled By Ramen label that has introduced the likes of Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco and The Academy Is... to the world.

Renowned for their hi-octane live dynamics, Less Than Jake recently played their first tour on these shores in two years to coincide with the release of 'In With The Out Crowd'.
