Don't worry it's easy to make a mistake, I do it all to often.

 

This is what you put:

[flash=450,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vkbxh9ypzwE.swf[/flash]

Corrected version

[flash=450,350]http://www.youtube.com/v/Vkbxh9ypzwE.swf[/flash]

 

So take out the /watch?v= and replace it with /v/

 

[flash=450,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vkbxh9ypzwE.swf
