We flew in Sheremetyevo and jumped into a jet to Almaty. Right after we landed, we headed to the concert... But that's nothing considering the acts of the concert! This is what people who were there tell us about it. At "Bellagio" restaurant, close to Almaty mountains, a big stage and a couple of smaller ones have been set and equipped for live performances. To access the stage from the restaurant, a small bridge has been set up over a small mountain river. Nothing to worry about... And the president's second daughter did not go either. She had an excuse - her birthday. She had some "small" party in Almaty mountains. They invited Dima Bilan, Anastacia and Nelly Furtado. Nelly arrived in Almaty with her entire band and with her daughter. Of course, no media whatsoever. Just imagine what Kazakhstani people would think if they see her, especially on the day of election So Nelly performed amongst special guests for a birthday party of Nursultan Nazarbayev's second daughter last Saturday, the day of parliamentary elections. August 21, 200717 yr Author Apparntly, all the artists (Nelly, Anastacia and Dima) gave little concerts, and it looks like there will be no videos/pics as it was completly private. -_-
