Never Again underperformed [Please don't argue.] the album underperformed and now there's tonnes of rumours about 16,000 different singles, and other rumours about the album being over now. Does anyone actually know what's going on? Is the album finished? Are we in a waiting period? It's just that Never Again was released in June and it's creeping closer to September and we've had no word on pretty much anything since My December's release.

Yeah I hope that video clears things up Kelly, but in the short

 

-NA did under-perform, no question, and didn't give the best starting platform for MD

-The USA, UK and Australia are getting 3 different 2nd singles, I pressume these will then be rotated for the rest of this era

-Those 3 songs are Don't Waste Your Time [uK], One Minute [Aus] and Sober [uS]

I'm not so sure about that any more Kellyfan, because she didn't mention those other 2 singles in the interview at all.

 

All we know for definite, singles-wise, is that Dont Waste Your Time is the next UK single and she's about to shoot the vid.

Glad One Minute is getting a release!!

Sober has already been released in the US, despite the fact it flopped, it still was sent to radio on 2 seperate occassions. I can't see them shooting a video for it and generally do see DWYT as being the next single in the 3 mentioned areas, but I went with what the record label are saying :D

Sober didn't have a video

and barely any airplay

so it did well for what it got...

I hope they hurry up with the DWYT video :D

I actually think Sober could be HUGE with the right promotion but it doesn't look like thats gonna happen -_-

i just got the album finally :lol: and after two listens i like it a lot...still not as 'Breakaway" but hey there's still time to grow ...

and I like all those different 2nd choices for the 2nd single, and of all of them I like "Sober" the best so still fingers crossed that we gonna get a vid for that one too ^_^

it's a really good album so hope her label will not screw it up and promote it much more :D

I think they've realised now and will probably get a grip of things. One Minute is taking off hugely in the US, it should be massive, and it seems like the US as well as the UK could be getting Dont Waste Your Time, which is of course the perfect choice. :D

Apparently Kelly has said that the video for DWYT will have a rock fairytale type theme... which sounds very intreguing!

This all reminds me of when Don't Bother flopped for Shakira. I hope they just get a move on because no single was going to be a hit after NA, but leaving it so long is just putting more and more nails in My December's coffin. At least if they'd got a single out there straight away, it would've kept the album more steady, rather than bombing down the charts.

I reckon she should scrap any more releases and make a new album LOL.

I dont think there is a song on there that will make the album shoot back up the charts

Dont Waste Your Time and One Minute are quite evidently hits in waiting ^_^ So I disagree.
