August 23, 200717 yr Sales really should count more than airplay...Paramore should quite rightfully be top 20
August 23, 200717 yr BILLBOARD HOT 100 12 KEYSHIA COLE LET IT GO - SINGLE 20 PINK WHO KNEW 98 CARRIE UNDERWOOD SO SMALL Yay! Thanks for posting B)
August 23, 200717 yr Wow things are realy looking good for paramore, album rising, single rising thats been out about 6 weeks as well!!!
August 23, 200717 yr I'm not suprised Pink has barely made the Top 20 with this load of rubbish. Had they released Dear Mr. President - that would have been completely different, that would deserve #1. It's her best single since Just Like A Pill 5 years ago. Pity it was only released in mainland Europe though. As for Fantasia - don't like her stuff anyway Edited August 23, 200717 yr by Euro Music
August 23, 200717 yr If Jonas Brothers will maintains their sales for the rest of the week as high as it has been so far they actually will have a shot to the top spot next week even with the new chart rules. They sell about third more than the no 2 on i-tunes and the closest rival with good airplay (SK) is already down to no 5 and falling fast. Fergie (no 1 on airplay) is selling only half of JB. It is probably gonna be very close next week with JB and SK, maybe even Fergie & Soulja Boy. Plain White T's probably will collapse in two weeks since they have made it available only as a album only download now...thou that might return back as a single download any time. And with Fanstasia, her music is very dull middle-of-the-road rnb. Carrie reaching 52 weeks with BHC next week, I doubt that it will reach the record (70 weeks) but if she makes 59 weeks she will make it into all-time top 5 (if I remember correctly four songs with more than 58 weeks are How Do I Live, You Were Meant For me/Foolish Games, You & Me, and Macarena). For me, hopefully it will be Timbaland or Jonas Brothers (don't like it but would be nice to see pop no 1 again) topping the chart next week.
August 23, 200717 yr Im glad P!nk has another top 20 hit under her belt, Who Knew has definitley come a long way from its original peak of #118 over a year ago. I'm not sure if this will get any higher though. Still im glad for her. I wonder if she's gonna put out another single or if she's done in the US with IND?
August 23, 200717 yr I bet she's done, sadly. D: I actually think releasing Cuz I Can or Leave Me Alone (I'm Lonely) would be a brilliant idea, but...oh well.
August 23, 200717 yr Is this a new peak for Who Knew then? Why did it flop? :o It was huge in Europe.
August 23, 200717 yr Basically Pink flopped hard in the US with 'I'm Not Dead'. Then 'U & Ur Hand' did quite well, so then she released 'Who Knew' again :D
August 23, 200717 yr Basically Pink flopped hard in the US with 'I'm Not Dead'. Then 'U & Ur Hand' did quite well, so then she released 'Who Knew' again :D The backlash for Pink in the US started with Stupid Girls (even thou her previous album & all singles from it had bombed also). It seemed that the US radio stations and especially listeners got fed up with these "blond good looking girls r idiots" songs that she kept singing and therefore the stations ignored the follow-up. U+UR Hand eventually after very slow helped her to regain her chart status so they released Who Knew again. It still has at least 20m AIs to increase so airplay-wise she's not dead but if her salas keep staying this low the end is pretty much here for this song.
August 23, 200717 yr Is this a new peak for Who Knew then? Why did it flop? :o It was huge in Europe. Top 20 is HARDLY a flop. The trash that's in our chart, digusts me. The rap music that is constantly played makes me want to shoot my ear drum with a pistol. Potential Break-up Song, Stronger, The Way I Are, Who Knew, Lovestoned, and about ten other songs are the only songs I like....how sad. Edited August 23, 200717 yr by Dirty Pop
August 23, 200717 yr LOL at people making out 'Who Knew' is a flop at #20  Even if it doesn't rise again now, she's had 3 Top 20 hits with this album which is pretty rare.
August 23, 200717 yr Top 20 in the US is good, not to mention her album has been certified platinum and has sold over 925k so i wouldn't call the album a flop either. I think releasing one more single could potentially help her crack the million sales mark.
August 24, 200717 yr P!nk gonna pass over 1 milion over there i'm sure ^_^ and NO it's not a flop :P it's her ebst album IMO ... a tiw with M!ssundeztood ^_^
