:o Wow, those photos say everything. I really wish she would get the help she needs, she's quite talented and it would be a waste if that took her life.

She needs to stop feeling sorry for herself and face responsibility for her life.

It's a shame to see a person with her sort of talent in this sort of dreadful state both physically and mentally (and probably emotionally as well I would imagine). I'm not exactly a great fan of her music, but I do respect her talent, which is why I am so disappointed that she seems determined to pish it all away... Yes, there has always been this link between Rock/Pop artists and drugs, and people have cited Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, etc; but, in the days of Janis, Jim and Jimi there was not this huge, growing Rehab "Industry" going on, in the 60s, if Rock and Pop stars had a drugs problem they would be booked into a Sanitorium or something like that, or else in some cases, diagnosed as having a mental illness and subjected to Electro Convulsive Therapy in an effort to "wean" them off drugs. Or, alternatively, they were put in prison. The "cure" was, in a nutshell, almost as bad as the "disease". Rehab is a far more "fluffy" alternative to any of those three, let's face it...

 

The fact that Rehab is so easily available for someone in Amy's position is another factor in me not really being all that sympathetic to her plight. She can easily afford it, and has far more access to it than us mere mortals.. Her problem is that she doesn't seem to want to admit she has a problem... And her maggot of a husband is hardly helping matters either...

...thats why she needs to make a new album lol.

Its a real shame she is so low at the highest point in her career.
