The synth solo on Doctor Doctor is ace and I love We Are Detectives too.

original 'indie' lost credibility but gained popularity when they 'sold out' and went mainstream pop.

 

personaly i didnt rate them much, but nor did i hate them, they were just there.

"Lies" will always be my favorite song by them.

cant say what they are like musically as a alternative post-punk band, dont know the stuff, but the other photo posted weeks ago made them look like Chumbawanba, which is probs a better thing than the picture above (as they look like a bunch of...tw..:lol: ins???).

 

and from the description dont think i'll be in any hurry to call 118 118 to have a listen to them, think you might have actually found a worse band from retrohell than duran duran, tbh think the lilac time might be a better listen (esp since its been said that the britpop dude singing in that band thinks he's nick drake :lol: :lol: )

I quite liked some of their stuff, Hold me now, Doctor Doctor, Sister of mercy, We are detective,Love on your side.

I love Hold Me Now, great song. never really heard any others
