Avril Lavigne just did a kick-ass performance of "Girlfriend" and picked up a surfboard for Choice Music Single! It was super cool because the other half of Avryck, Deryck's band Sum 41 presented her performance and award! Keep in mind Avril is still up for another Teen Choice Award for Choice Summer Artist!
