it would have been ace if it was location based and not a white backdrop. i get why it was a plain video but will this video cut it in the USA? i was hoping for special effects etc to make it chart well in the video charts. its not like they didnt have the money, they travelled to LA to film this white washout? they could have done this in sydney. In saying this i still love the video because delta looks hot! and because it doesnt really bore me because i am 100% focused on delta

 

 

i wonder if she will release another video (recorded at the same time but maybe with special effects or a background) to help the song remain in the charts? that would be cool. but i think it will be better if she releases an ace video of I BELIEVE AGAIN.

I like the video but it's nothing to be excited about tbh....

If Delta decides to release In This Life, in the states or even here in the UK. I think she has to revamp the video. It just won't have a big impact otherwise because the lack of change of scenery is not too engaging. Delta doing her bits and pieces, fine and looks good but the constant white and the occasional cut to the black is a bit yawnworthy! The video is perfecty acceptable for Australia because she's as big as she is there but with the US/Europe, she needs to actually like arrive with a bang and the video just won't do that!

Delta looks hotter than ever, the song is good from first listen.. not one of her best and i'm really upset about how bad the video is :( if this is going to get released in the UK it has to be redone...

That has to be the cheapest video EVER made :mellow: There really was little point shooting that, a live performance video would be so much more interesting.

 

The song is great though, just the sort of divaish power ballad she needs after 'Out of the Blue' and 'Almost Here'. :wub:

Maybe 'In this life' is an aus only release. Then 'I believe again' would be the first UK single - perhaps that is the plan to put more effort into the video for that?

on the news tonight it said she was doing the video next week for believe again.... i feel it is going to blow us away

Well, as I see it:

She only got back to the spotlight and its good she wants to enter with a "blast" but she souldnt rush so much about airing a new single. In this life has just been released... The perfect time would be to give people two months to listen to it, then the album and a week or two after the second single... I know shes just come back but if theres too much of her at once people might get bored... Im in Poland, I appreciate every news as here people dont even know her... but I can imagine that in Sydney ex, the campaign is preety good and song is all the time in the radio...

i dont think she is releasing it. i think she is recording the video early so they can get it 100%... maybe doing it early to allow for special effects? i would assume it will be released in october (so she can perform it at the arias etc)
