I don't revise much at all, like forour French exam we didn't even need to revise because all our revision seemed to be lots and lots of old papers and basically the teacher going through it with us because she didn't want us to fail. Probabaly cheating but if it gets me a good mark I'm not to bothered haha.

I saw a few of our guys do okay at the 100m this morning but I went to bed before I saw anything else. That Bolt from Jamacia does look quite unstopable tbh, I can't see anyone beating him. Also one of our women were doing quite well in the Heptathlon but that's about all I saw.

And have a good holiday Space!

Yeah that's the best way to revise at GCSE imo, and maybe at A Level too - just looking through loads of old papers and getting used to how you should answer the questions and stuff. Your teachers help you loads at GCSE too, and in some cases they help you cheat too LOL.

Only Edgar is through to the semis in the 100m. :( No chance in getting to the final though imo. We're never any good at the sprints anymore. :\

What did you switch it to because I imagine they all have a lot of remembering to do right?

im most likley switching to English Lang and Lit, or possibly just Lang im sure that would help me out as i wouldnt midn being a writer. Might change it to something completly differnt tho, it doesnt really mattter until enrolement.

i didnt revise at all for SATs that seemed completly pointlesss, GCSE's tho i revised for subjects that needed more revision on but i didnt revise anywhere near as much as i should of

Language is well different to how you do it at GCSE. You literally pick up basically a whole new subject tbh, pretty much nothing I learned for Language came into use at A-Level, apart from maybe the original writing coursework. Literature is apparently well hard too lol. You have to remember all the quotes you're gonna use in your head.

i might just do language then, i cant always be arsed with lit because i could get some boring long book that i will die of boredom reading.

Yeah. You have to do f*** loads of your own reading is well bad apparently. Can you do Lit/Lang combined? A few of my friends do it at college and they think it's mint.

yeah you can do it combined, at least where im going, i was looking through the course book and thinking i may do Film Studies too (instead of History) but i already have Media as one of my subjects.

I do Media too. I don't think i'd reccomend doing Media and Film together personally, but they're a good combination of A-Levels to do, and I know plenty of people that do both of them together (infact probably half of my Media class did them both together). Media is quite similar to Film Studies tbh... you touch on a lot of the same stuff, at the same time as doing stuff like publishing, editing and gender and stuff like that.
