Fergie red-faced over stripper pole

 

R&B star Fergie was left blushing when her mother quizzed her live on radio about the stripper pole her boyfriend has set up in their bedroom.

 

The Black Eyed Peas singer was chatting to LA DJ Ryan Seacrest from London when he suddenly announced that her mother Terri was on the other line.

 

Terri demanded to know if there was any truth in reports that Transformers actor Josh Duhamel has installed the pole in the home the couple share.

 

Fergie - who is currently at number one in the Australian singles chart with 'Big Girls Don't Cry' - replied: "Um, I don't know. I'm going to find out in a few days."

 

Her mother then joked: "After a year…if you're not using that pole anymore, just turn it horizontal and you can use it as a guard rail for me."
