Now I definitely don't claim to be a fan of the Rimes, but this single is so damn irresistable! It's completely instant :D It's taking off majorly on Country radio in the US now, too, so hopefully it'll be BIG B) Thoughts?

Absolutely ADORE this.

I've been meaning to make a topic on it, I was quite surprised no one else had to be honest. :o

LeAnn is amazing, I only really got into her when she released her Best Of which I only got a whim because I liked Can't Fight The Moonlight. I've bought all of her albums since, Whatever We Wanna was a bit of a disappointment with only a handful of decent tracks. This however is very country but EXCELLENT at the same time, her new album "Family" is out in October and I personally can't wait for it.

I also think the video for this song is what one of Christina's singles from the B2B era, should have been like. -_-

All in all, fabulous.

It's my guilty pleasure.

I love it :kink:

Not sure how well it'll do chart-wise in the UK though.

Will it even get a release here? The UK doesn't like country. :(

Still, it should do well in the US :D I agree, too, the vid is what I had envisaged for Candyman.

Well it's getting alright video rotation on some of the music channels and that's usually a sign it'll be getting released. :P However, I can see this being a download only release. Her last full country album "This Woman" had like 5 singles and none of the singles, nor the album were released here, which is why it seems strange that she'd be releasing something country here now.

Just checked HMV and they have nothing slated for the album or the single. :(

I'll download it anyway. :teresa:

The song is so good, LeAnn is amazing, too bad she isn't successful enough :(

I'm really surprised people like this :o When I first heard it I thought it was way too countryfied, and had a feeling it would alienate all of her pop fans. Plus add in the fact that I've listened to it time and time again and the only words I can make out are "Nothing Better To Do"

I don't think it's anywhere near as good as her other stuff, and I still think it'll flop, but it's in my Personal Chart already

very different to alot of other stuff iv eheard from her im suprised but i like this ^_^ hope it does well

It is down for release on September 24th. The album 'Family' is out 8th October - which was posted by her on her forum.

Seen her live earlier this year in Las Vegas and she was brilliant (she should come to the UK for a tour) - also got the chance to meet her as well. Thought HMV would've had on pre orders now though!!

For her fan club members only every week they've been adding clips of different songs from the album and so far they all sound fantastic - the songs Family & Fight sound like stand out tracks. With this album she has had alot more input on the writing side of things than with previous albums.

I have got to say I'm surprised NBTD has gone down well over here. It has been getting good video rotation and was A-Listed on Radio 2 last week.

Single might go top 30 when released on physical. I don't think downloads will that good tbh. The album will probably go top 20. Her last 2 studio albums Twisted Angel & Whatever We Wanna both went top 20.

Also 'This Woman' was a brilliant album - we should've got that release as well.

A bit disappointing. It's got nothing on Suddenly or I Need You. Suddenly is her best song imo, especially the Riva remix.

Debuts at #24 on the Bubbling Under, effectively making it #124 in America. :D
I love it too, Whatever We Wanna was a bit of a let down, but hopefully Family will be better, looking forward to getting it actually.
