Posted May 4, 200619 yr Crazy and SOS dominate download chart Credit: Music Week Gnarls Barkley and Rihanna maintain their stranglehold on the top two places of the download chart this week, making it seven weeks at the top for Crazy and another week in second place for SOS. Jack White’s Raconteurs are the highest new entry, with Steady, As She Goes (Beggars) entering at number 12, just behind Dirty Pretty Things, who make a massive leap from 32 to 11 with Bang Bang, You’re Dead (Mercury). Other new entries in the chart include efforts from Jamie Foxx, Busta Rhymes, Chris Brown, Damien Marley, Flaming Lips, Sigur Rós and Arctic Monkeys. Sigur Rós’ Hoppipola enters at 29, having has seen a huge rise in popularity after being used as the soundbed for the BBC’s Planet Earth, while Arctic Monkey’s Who The F*ck Are Arctic Monkeys EP bundle – which is ineligible for the physical charts – enters at 36.
