And guys, her heel WAS broken. That would explain A LOT of what went wrong besides her being nervous. I feel so bad for her and that what seems like most of her fans abandoned her.

Granted her shoe was broke, but the Britney of "old" would have probably tore the other heel off and carried on with the performance. :lol:

 

Regardless of whether her shoe broke or not the performance was very lack-lustre and that can't be blamed on a shoe, the vacant, bored expression on her face wasn't brought on by a dodgy heel.

 

Then again, unlike the supposed "fans" you're referring to in your article, i'm not ditching Britney at all. Regardless of the performance Gimme More is still one of the best tracks of the year in my opinion and I really do think it's chart performance will reflect that. Or at least I hope it does.

Technically she performed back in Summer at the House of Blues lol. I know you're passionate, to say the least, about Brit, Tyler, but you can't deny the heel was the least of her worries :P It's not like it snapped completely. She should've done her best to make it look as though she was enjoying herself.

 

That said, I'll repeat what I said before - I liked the performance. It certainly wasn't the comeback gig we wanted, but I would consider it a hot performance if done for promo of the single on a TV show or something.

I agree with her going through so much right now and im sure its tough on her.

 

But guess what she is a PROFESSIONAL. She should leave all that stuff off the stage and go on that stage and be the PROFESSIONAL that she is. NO EXCUSES WHAT SO EVER.

Wow, I didn't think I'd believe that excuse until I saw this post! That's pretty heartbreaking. So... AT LEAST she has a bit of an excuse. I agree it still could've been better even with a wobbly heel.

 

Anyways, I'm sure she'll make her next performance much better and I'm looking forward to it already. :)

The heel broke I agree and that didn't help her. But, you can tell she needed more practice.
