This sweet love song is the last song from Freak Of Nature (apart from Overdue Goodbye reprise, wich I don't count as a song :lol: ) This song is very nice to listen to, and the vocals on it are outstanding! Past the half of the song, it gets a bit ... funky I guess, speeding up a bit, and that's what got this song on the list, because otherwise it wouldn't have been special, to me, apart from the vocals.

Why'd You Lie To Me

This was the fourth and last release from Anastacia's second album 'Freak Of Nature'.
It was written by Anastacia, Damon Sharpe, Greg Lawson, T.J. Parker, Damon Butler and Canela Cox. The video for this song is probably the one with the most visual effects. The vid (mainly) takes place in a magazine shop, and the pictures on the magazines move, so you can see horses singing etc. A pretty bright video, with some dancing and Ana being sexy!
The song got some succes, peaking at #25 in the UK and in Sweden, #19 in Finland. The highest peak it had was in Holland, at #13.
The TOTP performance is really, really good.
I love the guitar on the song, and the hatred in the song, but that doesn't make the song dark at all. Nice song to sing along to, a bit cheery as well, as it's not very heavy, therefore, #26 :D
