December 23, 200717 yr Author #8 Heavy On My Heart This amazing song was the 4th and last single taken from her 3rd album 'Anastacia'. Most fans (myself included) are a huge fan of this song, because of it's strength vocally and lyrically. The song was written about her journey through breast cancer, and the effect it had on her life. She realises it's not over when the cancer's gone. Beautifully written song, really amazing lyrics. Her vocals are VERY powerful and she hits some notes so high I didn't know existed. Wow. Well, the vid now. Really beautiful. About love and being lonely. It symbolized when she's in the dark green room, with all the empty chairs around her, symbolizing the fact of her feeling so lonely in that time in her life. Great piece of acting in the vid aswell  To the people who don't like this song (lola/josh/rudolf), please understand that this song is the song that helped Ana express her feelings, and throw it all out. The song didn't do so well chart wise. It peaked at #16 in Holland, #7 in Portugal, #21 in the UK, #11 in Spain, but it did chart in most countries. Amazing song to me, has a very special place in my heart. The only thing that bothers me is that it's too commercial. Like Josh has told me, and I fully agree: the lyrics of Heavy on my Heart in the context of Where do I belong (instrumental), would be AMAZING. Anyhow, amazing song, #8 Heavy On My Heart video SwBxohr2ziM Live at Last (antwerp) rfEWOAFBbac Live at Last DVD 5IYox8n3_Fs Live at Echo awards P3dJ8wbtuCE Live at Women Rock (best of all bestesses, she cries) VxBEyjSAswc Edited December 23, 200717 yr by Frank!

It has been some time since I last listened to it and I'm still:   Well deserved #8 position.
December 23, 200717 yr She sung it flat on woman rock. However, HOMH at the Echo's is one of my most favourite performances.
December 24, 200717 yr I love the song It's so emotional and special.I don't think it so commercial hte lyrics of WDIB are better but heavy on my heart is maybe the song ana can stand you know if she tries to sing WDIB live she won't be able to ing it til the end I mean there are more feeelings in there and maybe thats why HOMH was singed live it's lighter. But i still adore HOMH in Woman rock just amazing
December 24, 200717 yr I think HOMH is very commercial, which has put me of it. The lyrics/live performance of it, but it's the sound of it that greats on me. I love Where Do I Belong.
