It had some succes in Europe, being top 20 in Denmark, Holland, Finland, Greece,Italy and many more. It even was her best selling single EVER in Spain. It's about her relashionship with her father. He left her mom when she was little, and he never tried to contact her since. She doesn't have any contact with him at all. She says she's optimistic about it all, and shows that the whole thing hasn't troubled her. The song says she just wishes he would see her succes, and be happy for her. 'Somebody bring up the lights, I want you to see'. She basically sings this song to him. She refers to him as 'you'. This song got great reviews from music critics. The vid just basically shows Ana's parents arguing constantly, and her dad being sweet and all. At last, he leaves, and that's the last time she ever sees him, I guess. Sad song, but she says she's happy, so it makes it less dark. Amazing track, even better lyrics, really deeply love this song!
