This is Anastacia's best ballad off her debut album 'Not That Kind' in my opinion. This song is really sweet, but has this power I just can't explain.

Something that makes this song better than it is, is the amazing performance Ana did with the late Pavarotti, back in the Not That Kind days.

Anastacia made up these lyrics standing by a piano, singing along to a tune someone was making, and that's the way I Ask Of You was born :wub:
