While sitting down in her blue dress and blue eye shadow and red lips - with presenter Sarah Cawood She talked about listening to radio when she was young, wanting to be a nurse if not a singer. And about how tall she is. then about her First memories - going to see Pink Floyd live with her dad.

Said she liked when young - Adam Ant, Madonna, MJ, musicals and live performances.

Then she sang Murder on the Dancefloor LIVE in the studio with her band.

She said she played paino at school and had lessons and guitar (which she found hard)

She talked about theaudience - started when she was 16 when she was going to indie clubs. She said she "enjoyed it hugely". But said it was the best and worst times - 8 record companies wanted to sign them - she signed the day of her 18th birthday. She said it got a bit too pressured.

A song that made her want to sing - Mickey...she said listend to video alot! (then the video plays)and then she performs mickey live!!! (while clapping)

She found Spiller because she was already with the publishing group found it for her. - She thought there was something about groovejet and said yes to it - but thought it was a strange song - and mentioned Victoria Beckham - saying it was ridicious - but wasnt nasty - was camp! but said she wanted to remember that moment because something like that wouldnt ever happen again. She than sang Groovejet Live!

When she was young she wanted to be Madonna as she was a massive fan - obsessive infact. Sophie said Amy Winehouse is gonna be around forever - and says she has real soul - and is talented.

If someone made a film of her life sophie said the soundtrack would be Blur - girls and boys

Then she sang girls and boys by blur!

Richard - her husband - says the feeling are very hardworking - lots of touring - says its reawarding. She used their talent for her new album - she said her favourite from the new album is Love is Here. Richard was in her live band in her solo album she mentioned. She also said shes glad they both love eachothers work - no competition.

She said there are pros and cons of being a solo artist.

Song she would most like to be remembered for = she said hopefully I havent written it yet!

Then she talks about her new album TTLF.

They talk about her time out - said she would take as long as she wanted to make the best album.

Then she sings Today The Suns on Us live!

And they say thanks for talking to us! And that was the whole show!

Hope this "script" of the show is alright! I wrote it while watching it

Well thank you for that commentry, very good indeed ;)

I've found a few of the videos on YouTube, all of the performances are acoustic and fully live, all of them are excellent.

Part 1 (includes 'Murder on the Dancefloor')

Part 2 (includes 'Groovejet' and 'Mickey')

Part 3 (includes 'Girls and Boys')

'Mickey'

'Groovejet'

'Girls & Boys'

'Today The Sun's On Us'

Thanks for these :D if they were the full songs i'd rip them :(
