Basically, there is the song that whenever it comes on in a club me and my friend go mad for!

 

it has the lyrics "put your back in it" and it has like a bollywood-ish :lol: kind of tune.

 

the chorus has this one word song by a woman and it is repeated constantly :P something like "hold up" "hold up" (could be something completely different)

 

does anyone know of this song and what it is called - with my vague and probably very wrong description :P

Dont recognise that sorry. :( Only one I know with that "back in it" lyric is Ice Cube & Ms Toi "You Can Do It" but thats not dance. :huh:
