September 19, 200717 yr Author yes it does mean that hun, lol :) its not listed as virgin (who are c**p, change network ;) ) are not going to release it in there stores on there network. but by getting a sim free phone, as sold above, you will be paying abit extra for the fact that it will work on any network. the pinkness also adds to the price compared with the black version of the phone
