I shouldn't really complain. Once I got to Lime Street, I practically fell into the Empire. It was the fact that there was no direct anything to Liverpool, which I just couldn't believe. I must have checked those transport sites dozens of times in total disbelief.

No matter how inconvenient, I will always do my utmost to see Darius anywhere. I'll just moan a lot later.

It was convenient the station being right beside the theatre and it was good weather the day I went.

:hi:

it's been a long time....but I'm back

...for a short while.

Meg's in the bath, then we're out for lunch...then catching the train to London to meet Nina.

We're watching Joseph tonight.....Lee not Darius unfortunately

.....not that I want Darius to be in Joseph.....but a Darius gig would be good :cheer:

Let's hope some dates are released soon

I hope you all have a wonderful time and enjoy the show! :D Even though you are not going to see Darius, I bet his ears will be burning once you three get together!!!

We did. Nina and I will recover from the bruises Pam left and we're still walking - told you you have to watch her. I do like the Adelphi. It brought back lovely memories of 'Chicago'
I like the stalls in the Adelphi but I'd hate to be a reasonable sized guy or a tallish lady in the top tier. It's horribly cramped up there. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. The only good point was that you could see the intricate patterns of the dances better.

The front rows give you a terrific view of the cast. Unfortunately, if you fall asleep, they see you do it.

Meg!!

you'll get me in bother saying things like that :nono:

and stop tormenting ----

:heehee:

I don't do front rows. I play safe a few rows back.

I admit I have fallen asleep at the theatre before but never at any show D was involved in.

my friend always falls asleep at the cinema...........several times....except when we went to an 11:30am showing
If I have a heavy meal and a refreshment beforehand and if the film isn't gripping, I sometimes nod off. I prefer to go the the earlier show and then have a nice leisurely meal and a drink or two later.

It was when Darius went up to the person concerned and said 'You fell asleep!'. We didn't need a heater. She was really tired but, his face when he noticed made my day.

I don't think there was anyone else she'd even have thought about going to see.
