September 22, 200717 yr tell that to the thousands that are bullied, it goes beyond those places, mobies, emails, etc... Remove the person from the mobile phone, block the number, again I have to ask why they added the bully in the first place and gave them the number Emails very simple, "add to junk" that way goes on the spam list and no email ever arrives and again why did they give email addy to the bully in the first place ? Instead of creating an online nanny state where everyone has to suffer because of the actions of a small minority far better that those that are being targeted do something about it, children should not be on the net unsupervised, parents should be filtering and checking what sites they visit, if they are being harassed on MSN or MySpace block and delete the one that is harrassing them, if they are being targeted by phone then they should be careful who they give number out to and then if they get harassed then they should block number, if they are getting harassed by email then put the sender on the spam list, a bit of common sense from these people can save a lot of hassle for them. Self policing is as important as law enforcement
September 22, 200717 yr If parents are that worried about their kids activity on the net, they should apply to have a password facility with their ISP providers. Only those that know the password can access the Net. Kids will still be able to use the computer for other things non-internet. Once a parent provides access to the internet they should supervise their kids activities. If anything untoward happens, then the parent have their net access suspended. It's a lot easier to police parents and their kids than it is to police billions of people who access the net around the world every day. (Most of whom aren't bullys, pedos or criminals nor have kids either.) Edited September 22, 200717 yr by Naomi Watts

Most of the time with these sorts of things it's rarely the victim giving the number/addy to the bully ;)
