I have noticed that ‘Big Country’ have reformed for a gig in Manchester in October. Does anyone have any more information about them now, whether the band has all the surviving original members in the line up and whether there is a new album that is going to be released this year. Thank you.

It's true, but it won't be the same without Stuart Adamson.

i see this has been moved to culture box and the fricking cunting crows still stays there in indie!!!

esp seeing in a recent q magazine a certain star pictured below rated a certain Stuart Adamson as his guitar hero, maybe i should move it back

Stuart Adamson's son played with the reformed Skids at T in the Park I think so guess he'll be drafted into the band. In fact, most of the 'new Skids' had Big Country connections so I reckon it'll be largely the same line-up.

No Jobbo though obviously.

I wonder what ever happened with this reunion of sorts? I, being an American fan, was just curious....
