October 9, 200717 yr She did make the Top 3 - Estonia and the United Kingdom both finished third, but Estonia was placed higher on account of getting two 12s (Sweden and Latvia) whereas we only got Austria's 12. I know, I meant she deserved what she got :P And Cool Vibes was fantastic, deserved top 5 ahead of Latvia <_<
October 10, 200717 yr That Latvian song was f***in awful!!! I was surprised it did so well...the song was ok but the lyrics were just the ultimate cheese and the boys had tragic voices
October 14, 200717 yr Author is this countownd gonna continue :???: Yeah sorry about that guys I've been a bit busy lately. I'll put another couple up tonight.
October 14, 200717 yr Author 26. BELGIUM 2003 - Urban Trad - Sanomi In 2003 came the first Eurovision song in a completely made up language. The modern folk song "Sanomi" isn't the kind of song you would expect from a Western European country, or indeed an Eastern European country, and despite nobody being able to understand it, its uniqueness earned it 2nd place in the final with 165 points - but who has heard of them since?... October 15, 200717 yr I can't believe that song came second...not only was it weird, it was from Belgium who couldn't even have success with Kate Ryan?!?!?

November 11, 200717 yr Stefan Raab is a popular comedian I guess this shows that Germans don't have a sense of humour, if he's a comedian. The amazing thing is that the song, despite being ©rap, still wasn't the worst entry. This was, instead: vKzH6o_sMpY Edited November 11, 200717 yr by DitzyNizzy
November 11, 200717 yr Germans don't have much of a sense of humour though anyway. They don't understand sarcasm I am led to believe. :(

November 12, 200717 yr :o My life would be incomplete without sarcasm So would mine - I don't know how I could cope without being the sarcastic b!tch that I am. But if I had to live without both that and bullsh!t, I'd probably die.
December 10, 200717 yr Author 24. UNITED KINGDOM 2002 - Jessica Garlick - Come Back Yes! The UK do indeed make an appearance in this countdown! Our only entry to finish outside of the bottom 10 for the last nine years (that is one scary statistic), Pop Idol's Jessica Garlick breaks up what would otherwise be a suicidal run of bad results! Despite performing in the nightmare 2nd position, Jessica and her great pair of lungs managed to bring home 111 points and finish in joint 3rd. While her one-hit wonder status and relative post-Contest obscurity, unfortunately she doesn't make it higher than 24th, but at least we've got a home representative in the Top 40!
