October 4, 200717 yr fair do's russ, im an ex-passive smoker :P i must admit it didnt relax me! ps.... so far theres no noticable downturn in trade at the pubs i go to since the ban :)
October 4, 200717 yr nicotine is a stimulant - subconsciously, the satisfying of the craving can 'relax' the smoker - but the actual nicotine 'buzz' is an 'upper' if you like.... I'd say that depends on how long you've been smoking actually. After a while there is no rush and your smoking for the sake of smoking, I loved the niccie rush but it don't stay for long...well unless like you know you don't have one for a day or two. But we're talking about smokers not how can I put it part time smokers.
