well, it seems to be a good change for anastacia, but from what some of you are saying, i take that RCA is not so good on the promoting side

and we need a GOOD promotion as well as a good record....

otherwise we have to promote it ourselves

I trust RCA a lot more than i do Epic. just pray that they wont mess up the promo for the next album like they did with Kelly C.s

But Isn't Kelly under Clive's management? He's the one who takes controll over Kelly.

1. Ana wont have Clive.

2. I suppose that her team is still behind her, so she might have a good promotions director, or something like that.

I don't think epic were so bad. I mean the first three albums all did really well, except in the US of course but there are other reasons for that.

But maybe RCA can change that (hopefully).

First 3 albums did in fact all do well, but the amount of blips the albums got from epic, and dont even get me started in the POAD era.

Fukking up the release for Everything Burns worldwide, releasing it without an official release date whilst taking the video of the channels and no promotion.

Removing the I Belong To You release in the Uk without any reasons whatsoever.

Messing up the Greatest Hits. Releasing that, and then releasing POAD (Single) TWO WEEKS AFTER the album!

 Epic really did struggle in the end. To be honest though, it's getting to big for them. They have to many artists to look after, RCA only have a few BIG BIG artists.

yes, but i`m getting worried about the promoting thing..

in the end, it`s the promoting that makes anastacia going around in europe

There's not a massive problem that they have with promoting,

Christina's promoting went downhill righ after Aint No Other Man was release, but a MASSIVE tour came out of it!

And as for Kelly. She had LOADS of promotion in America from Never Again, its not the record companys fault when an artist chooses to release a crap single.

Is she under a new label? :o

In the recently sent out email from her site, the email has came from SonyBMG's part of the company that is RCA.

She obviously resigned her contract, because she had to after the GH, but maybe this time she's signed under RCA and not Epic. Which is good because Epic done a crap job and RCA is usually for bigger artists. :P

Discuss! :drama:

thanks josh!
