Her widely publicised erratic behaviour (shaving her head, wearing no knickers, hitting a car with a parasol, going into rehab) haven’t helped, but the Los Angeles County Superior Court commissioner Scott Gordon wasn’t basing his decisions on tabloid headlines. There have in fact been numerous orders the troubled singer has failed to follow, with three factors proving the last straw in court. 1. She was asked to sign a document allowing a custody evaluator to conduct psychological evaluations and give it to Federline’s lawyer by Monday at 10am OR appear in court. She did neither. 2. The judge banned Britney from driving with the children because she failed to show proof of a valid California driver’s license and insurance. Yet she has been seen several times with the kids in her car. 3. As of 17 September, neither parent has been allowed to consume alcohol within 12 hours of being with their children. Unfortunately for Britney, she was spied on Thursday night at a club drinking after midnight and then picked up her kids at noon the next day. This violation proved one too many. As Britney’s family fear she is suicidal, yet another scandal also threatens to surface. A mystery man has claimed he enjoyed a one night stand with her in Hawaii last June – and he allegedly has the secretly filmed sex tapes to prove it. “It was just normal sex, we didn’t do anything crazy.
