...Does it mean the song can actually chart in the UK?

I just posted that in the other topic without seeing this :lol:

 

It's odd - the song itself will count towards the chart, but surely downloads of the video won't count towards the chart? Why make the video, but not the song, available for download? It'll just increase illegal downloads, surely?

No videos do not count.
