A talent search (? If thats what you want to call it), it follows the same format as MTV's The Cut.

Where bands write, record and play their own songs, and the winner wins a record contract.

 

The judging panel consists as Jo Whiley (Radio 1), Alex James (Blur), Simon Gavin (Head of A&M Records, - Scissor Sisters), Then a guest judge, firstly starting of with Lily Allen. :D

 

THIS is how a talent search SHOULD be like. ^_^

haha i watched that and some random freak band i saw in june were on there, Voodoo Hussy, there really $h!t and there all lesbians that look like boys

I saw the first episode of this show the other day - and it sucked.

There was one band I really liked on there - Bad Sandwich - but most of the others were rubbish.

And then the judges put the c**p ones through to the next round!

 

Oh well. I reckon the bands will be better off without that show...
