SIX FROM ONE: "Until the End of Time" (Jive) is the sixth top 40 hit on the Hot 100 from Justin Timberlake's "FutureSex/LoveSounds" album. A move of 41-28 sends the single, now a duet with Beyonce, into the upper portion of the chart, where it shares a berth with the fifth top 40 hit from the CD, "LoveStoned," rebounding 20-19. Timberlake is the first male artist to pull six top 40 singles from one album since Michael Jackson's "Dangerous" yielded seven top 40 hits between 1991-93. The most recent artist to have six top 40 hits from one album before Timberlake was Shania Twain, who did it in 1997-99 with six cuts from her "Come On Over" CD.

The half-dozen songs from "FutureSex/LoveSounds' that have achieved top 40 status on the Hot 100 are:

"SexyBack," No. 1 (2006)

"My Love," No. 1 (2006) [Justin Timberlake featuring T.I.]

"What Goes Around…Comes Around," No. 1 (2007)

"Summer Love," No. 6 (2007)

"LoveStoned," No. 17 (2007)

"Until the End of Time," No. 28 [Justin Timberlake duet with Beyonce]

In terms of hit singles, "FutureSex" has far outpaced Timberlake's first solo release, "Justified." That album contained four top 40 hits, but no chart-toppers and only two top 10 hits, "Cry Me a River" (No. 3 in 2003) and "Rock Your Body" (No. 5 in 2003).

"FutureSex" is also more successful in terms of hit singles than any album by Timberlake's former group, 'N Sync. The quintet's first album only had one top 40 hit ("I Want You Back," No. 13 in 1998), while the "No Strings Attached" CD contained three ("Bye Bye Bye," No. 4 in 2000; "It's Gonna Be Me," No. 1 in 2000 and "This I Promise You," No. 5 in 2000). Next came the "Celebrity" album, which gave up "Pop" (No. 19 in 2001), "Gone" (No. 11 in 2001) and "Girlfriend," (No. 5 in 2002).

'MAGIC' MAN: Thanks to a little chart-topping "Magic," Bruce Springsteen collects his eighth No. 1 set on The Billboard 200. Only four artists in history have more No. 1 albums than Springsteen:

The Beatles (19)

Elvis Presley (10)

The Rolling Stones (9)

Jay-Z (9)

Springsteen is tied with two other artists who have also racked up eight No. 1 albums: Barbra Streisand and Garth Brooks.

Springsteen's run of eight No. 1 albums began in 1980 with "The River." Over 27 years, he has spent a total of 25 weeks on top. That's one more week than Streisand's eight albums have amassed, but far less than the 54 weeks Brooks has spent in pole position with his eight chart-topping titles.

'TIME' LINE: For the 12th consecutive week, the No. 1 song on Hot Singles Sales is "What Time Is It" (Walt Disney) from the "High School Musical 2" soundtrack. The first and only single from either "High School Musical" album, "What Time Is It" is the longest-running No. 1 on this chart in over two years.

The last single to remain in the penthouse for 12 weeks or longer is "Lose My Breath" by Destiny's Child, which led the list for 14 weeks from November 2004-February 2005.

Since "Lose My Breath," only two singles have been No. 1 for seven weeks or longer on Hot Singles Sales. They are:

"Don't Cha," The Pussycat Dolls featuring Busta Rhymes, 10 weeks (2005) "Do I Make You Proud" / "Takin' It to the Streets," Taylor Hicks, nine weeks (2006)

THE ARRIVAL OF 'REVIVAL': By entering The Billboard 200 at No. 14, John Fogerty's "Revival" (Fantasy/Concord) becomes his highest-charting album of new material in over 22 years. The last set of new songs by Fogerty to achieve a higher chart position was "Centerfield," No. 1 in March 1985.

Two years ago, a greatest hits collection titled "The Long Road Home: The Ultimate John Fogerty -- Creedence Collection" peaked at No. 13.

The debut of "Revival" expands Fogerty's solo album chart span to 34 years, five months and two weeks. Including his work with Creedence Clearwater Revival, Fogerty's total album chart span is 39 years and three months.

'MASS' APPEAL: It's a rare day when a solo Annie Lennox album debuts on The Billboard 200. "Songs of Mass Destruction" (Arista), new at No. 9, is only the fourth solo work by Lennox since 1992. "Mass" is the second of those four albums to reach the top 10.

In 1992, "Diva" peaked at No. 23. Three years later, "Medusa" registered at No. 11. In 2003, "Bare" went to No. 4.

Lennox has also charted an additional 11 times as half of Eurythmics. The duo's highest-ranked album was "Touch," No. 7 in April 1984. Runner-up is "Be Yourself Tonight," No. 9 in July 1985.

HE'S THE BOSS: John Fogerty and Annie Lennox aren't the only former duo or group members to have a solo album debut on The Billboard 200 this week. They are joined by Mick Jagger, whose "The Very Best of Mick Jagger" (Atlantic/Rhino) is a new entry at No. 77.

Jagger first charted as a Stone alone in March 1985, when "She's the Boss" debuted (ultimately peaking at No. 13). Three more albums of original material charted:

"Primitive Cool," No. 41 (1987)

"Wandering Spirit," No. 11 (1993)

"Goddess in the Doorway," No. 39 (2001)

Jagger's solo chart span is now stretched to 22 years, seven months and one week. But if you include his work with the Rolling Stones, that chart span enlarges to 43 years, three months and three weeks, dating back to the June 1964 bow of "England's Newest Hit Makers."

ALL YOU NEED IS 'LOVE': When it comes to having the most No. 1s on Hot Country Songs this decade, Toby Keith is your person. He scores his 13th chart-topper of the '00s as "Love Me If You Can" (Show Dog) takes a 3-1 hike.

That puts Keith in first place all by himself. He was formerly tied with Tim McGraw for the honor, when both artists had 12 No. 1s this decade. McGraw could tie Keith once more if his current hit, "If You're Reading This" (Curb), captures the top slot. A 6-4 move makes that a good possibility.

Keith has 16 No. 1s to his credit; his first three occurred in the 1990s. His very first song to chart, "Should've Been a Cowboy," was his initial No. 1, spending two weeks as leader of the pack in 1993.

STRINGS-A-LONG: I worked in an independent record store in Culver City, Calif. during my high school and college years, and during that time we sold plenty of albums by the studio orchestra known as 101 Strings. That collective returns to The Billboard 200 for the first time in 46 years, but don't do the math. The four albums by 101 Strings that charted in Billboard all appeared on the survey a few years before I even started working at Mr. Music.

Still, it was a blast from my past when I noticed the No. 118 debut this week for "Halloween" (Madacy Special Products) by the 101 Strings Orchestra. Welcome back to all 101 of you.

TWO OF A KIND: Rihanna had the biggest hit of her career this year with "Umbrella." The song, which features Jay-Z, is still on the Adult Top 40 chart, slipping 35-37. Just three rungs lower, Marie Rigby's cover of "Umbrella" (Hollywood) debuts in the anchor slot.

This is the first time in the history of this tally that two versions of the same song have charted at the same time.

TEA FOR ONE: A 3-1 move for "The Darjeeling Limited" (Fox) on Top World Albums makes this album the first soundtrack to top this chart in two-and-a-half years. "The Motorcycle Diaries" spent one week at No. 1 in March 2005.
