Being Gay, I 100% loathe the Sean character. He is more like a Woman than

a Man, & he is a Gay Stereotype that goes right back to the days of

John Inman in 'Are you Being Served'.

I find it embarrassing when my Nephew & his Mates stare at Sean on

the TV, & say, 'Is that a Man or a Woman?'.

If you close your eyes, when Sean is talking, & listen carefully, you

end up thinking that they may as well have a Woman in the Programme,

rather than him. I have yet to meet a Gay Man who likes Sean - he

is just 100% c**p! (As a contrast, the very good looking Police Man on

'Crimewatch' is Gay, I hear, (Rav Wilding), & HE is my idea of a Gay Man!

Check him out at Google Images - cor!!!!!).

Anthony Cotton can only do one Role, 'Camp Gay' - he cannot Act outside

that very narrow requirement. I have seen Anthony Cotton in about 3 or 4

different 'Dramas' over the Years, & he only ever plays the same character

- himself. If he is asked to be serious, or upset, or to try to pretend to be

a different kind of Man, he cannot do it - all he can do is, 'Camp Gay', & that's it.

He pathetic, embarrassing, & awful. He cannot Act, & they should dump

him - he's a joke.

i have no sympathy for her. it's her own fault.

what? lol

maybe if she didn't p*ssy foot around david, didn't take his sh*t and actually got him professionally sorted out years ago, he wouldn't be the way he is now.

EVIL David Platt finally pays the price when he is banged up behind bars for attacking his mum.

The teen tearaway pushed Gail down the stairs in a steaming rage before legging it out of the house.

He left her in a motionless heap and, luckily at first for him, she regains consciousness but cannot remember anything about the incident.

But Gail’s memory returns and, realising he could have killed her, she shops twisted David (Jack P. Shepherd, 20) to police.

They charge the lout with assault and pack him off to a young offenders’ institute for a year.

He is numbed by the sentence and terrified at the prospect of being locked up with hardened criminals.

But Gail (Helen Worth, 57) is full of remorse for helping his girlfriend *Tina McIntyre (Michelle Keegan, 20) to abort their baby.

So she makes regular *visits to see him in the institute.

The sobering experience for David helps him realise what an idiot he has been and also how lucky he is to have a mum who has stood by him.

He tells Gail: “What I did was unforgivable. I’m so sorry.

ABOVE: Gail, Audrey and David outside court

“You really don’t deserve what I put you through.”

David even decides to turn his life around and he agrees to an educational “sentence plan”.

That involves him taking A-level courses behind bars to prepare him for a decent job when he is released.

But the Daily Star can reveal that he will not serve his full 12-month sentence.

“He realises the error of his ways and what a nasty piece of work he’s been.

“But you know what they say about leopards and spots,” said a Corrie insider.

:o Omg Gail is 57

April Spoilors

What a month April is going to be for the Platts! Things come to a dramatic head when Gail discovers who was responsible for her injuries. Although things don't look like they can get any worse for the troubled mum, could the aftermath of these events actually be the making of David?

The rainy month should be a time of celebration for Gail as her 50th birthday comes round - but she really doesn't have much reason to party.

Gail's not the only one with distressing times ahead. Maria ‘s in for some heartbreaking news and faces a tough ordeal. Will she and Liam get through it?

At least someone in the Street has a spring in their step. There's a well-deserved romance on the cards for hapless Kirk. But who is the new lady in his life and will the relationship be built to last?

Meanwhile, there's a shock in store for Audrey when a blast from the past turns up. But is the surprise good or bad and where will it lead?

At Valandros, the ongoing investigation into the fire continues. But how will Paul react when he uncovers Leanne’s manipulation? He's obviously angry, disappointed and humiliated, so does this mean he'll seek revenge and turn her in to the police?

THANK GOD the Michelle, Ryan & Alex storyline isn't mentioned hopefully we will get a break from it

Coronation Street's Maria Sutherland faces pregnancy heartbreak in an upcoming storyline, The Sun reports.

Hairdresser Maria, played by Samia Smith, is rushed to hospital when she realises her baby has stopped kicking.

A soap insider revealed: "The scripts are absolute tearjerkers. Because the pregnancy is so advanced, the midwives at the hospital advise her that it may be best to have her labour induced straight away.

"So she has to go through the terrible ordeal of giving birth to her lifeless baby.

"Samia Smith is a terrific actress but she couldn’t help being affected by these harrowing scenes."

Maria is so distraught after losing her child that she can't bring herself to tell husband Liam.

The storyline will air on Coronation Street at the end of April.
