That's because he's grown up Simon. :magic:

LOL I know but they still try and make him out to be the little lost boy when hes grown up lol.

i still think liam is better with Maria than Carla

final someone who agrees

Carla is too good for Liam...he should be with boring over-dramatic Maria -_-
Apparently

Carla becomes pregnant!

NOT SURE IF THAT'S TRUE OR ALREADY SAID.

OMG.

The new producer should have taken over by now, hopefully she will improve it. :( I think they should be more worried about Emmerdale right now tbh lol

Nah not really, Emmerdale has never done amazingly well like Corrie and its only the one episode that did so badly. But Emmerdale has been so rubbish lately.

I think Corrie seems to have lost something, I dunno just not as good as before.

I think they focus on David too much, and I think the Michelle storyline ruined the show LMAO.

It will be instantly better when the Mortons have gone though.

Cotton signs two-year ITV deal

Monday, May 19 2008, 09:18 BST

By Simon Reynolds, Entertainment Reporter

Antony Cotton will extend his stay on Coronation Street after signing a new two-year contract with ITV.

Cotton, who plays gay barman Sean Tully, has reportedly agreed a £120,000-a-year deal that will also allow him to develop his own projects at ITV.

"I look forward to some exciting new storylines in the Street and developing future programme ideas with ITV," Cotton told The Sun.

An ITV source added that Cotton may host his own gameshow.

"He's done well with his talkshow. Now we want him to try his hand at something different. A new gameshow is a big possibility."

Why does Corrie seem to think he's popular

Great another god damn 2 years of his AWFUL acting, he's never had a decent storyline cos everytime the writers try he gives it all the acting effort of a pregnant dung beetle...PLEASE DEAR GOD GET RID OF THIS SMUG G*T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I have to say, he is the worst person in the soap LMAO.

Hopefully he will not have much screen time over the next two years haha

SPOILER #01

Stan and Hilda Ogden are set to bail out Ashley Peacock.

The broke butcher and wife Claire swap houses with the Websters, who live in the Ogdens’ old home.

But Ashley discovers a painting in the attic of No 13.

It has the name Ogden on the back and could be the work of famous Salford artist L.S. Lowry.

Ashley and Claire – Steven Arnold, 33, and Julia Haworth, 28 – think they could get £500,000 for it.

An insider said: “Ashley is so excited and convinced it’s real. But viewers will be left wondering just how real it is.”

Corrie legend Stan Ogden was played by Bernard Youens, 69, who died in 1984.

His wife, charlady Hilda (Jean Alexander, 82) was written out three years ago.

SPOILER #02

BARMAID Michelle Connor goes on the warpath when she discovers boyfriend Steve McDonald has cheated on her.

The rat flees to Spain to see brother Andy after a boozy night sees him bed Becky Granger (Katherine Kelly, 28).

And while he is away Michelle (Kym Ryder, 31) goes on a mission to find the hussy who has slept with her fella.

After realising her lover has done the dirty Michelle hits the roof, telling pals: “I bet it was some floozy he picked up in a club with vile hair extensions and a skirt so short you could see her knickers. But if it’s the last thing I do I’ll find out who it was – no two-bit slapper makes a fool of me.”

Michelle first accuses cab office worker Eileen Grimshaw (Sue Cleaver, 42) before turning her suspicions towards Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson, 29). Leanne denies doing anything with Steve (Simon Gregson, 33) and insists that she was visiting boyfriend Dan in hospital at the time.

Michelle is forced to back down when Dan (Matthew Crompton, 36) confirms Leanne had spent all night with him.

Michelle then turns on Steve’s best pal Lloyd (Craig Charles, 43), who she knows will have been in on her lover’s sex plot.

He tries to fob her off with stories about going gambling at a casino and taking in a lap-dancing club but Michelle knows he is lying.

An insider said: “Instead of coming up with a small white lie, he tells her Steve is thinking about proposing and has gone to Spain to plan the wedding.

“Now Steve really is in hot water.”

SPOILER #03

LUSTY Leanne Battersby will have a red-hot first day as a property sales agent by having sex in the show home!

The former Corrie call girl’s fiery start in the job sees her back on the job with randy bookie Dan Mason.

She insists on showing him around the new flat, telling him: “These floors are real maple, and on a clear day you can see Blackpool Tower.”

But it is the bedroom that Leanne (Jane Danson, 28) cannot wait to show her lusty fella.

She teases: “There’s a huge bed in the master bedroom, especially brought in for you to be masterful.”

She snogs him passionately before the sex-hungry pair strip off and leap into bed for an afternoon’s nookie session.

But their romp is disturbed when the doorbell is rung by a young couple want-ing to look round the flat. Frantic Dan (Matthew Crompton, 36) hurriedly gets dressed while breathless Leanne struggles to straighten out the bed.

But as Dan sheepishly leaves, cheeky Leanne smartens herself up and loudly announces: “Thank you sir, I hope you liked what you saw.

“And if you want another look, just give me a ring. I’m available day and night.”

Leanne’s position selling flats will be her ninth different job since she arrived in Weatherfield as a riotous schoolgirl 11 years ago.

As well as being a high-class hooker, she has worked as a factory cleaner, hairdresser, shop girl, barmaid, lapdancer, restaurant owner and, briefly, in Dan’s bookmaker’s shop.

Leanne and Dan are one sexy couple. Shame Dan's off.

Hmm. I'm not sure about the Becky/Steve/Michelle storyline- But I shall see..
