Tickets go on sale on Friday :D Can't wait! Hopefully will be getting tickets for the Manchester gig although I'd take whichever one is available.

 

I saw MIA when she was promoting Arular and she was at Leeds festival. She was amazing but I really really want to see her with her new material.

 

Also, she's put three new songs onto her myspace, What I Got is ace!

Well just got back and WOW :o

 

Amazing. She used this horn/blower thing throughout the concert and then gave me it! LOL I was like "YAY!!!!!"

 

And she used my friends hand to help her get on the speaker then thrusted in my face, couldn't have asked for more really :).

From what i remember she played everything from Kala bar, "The Turn", "Come Around" and "Mango Pickle".

Went to see her last night - absolutely brilliant! Bamboo Banga was a riot and when it kicked into World Town I flipped out big style. Got on stage for Bird Flu too but didn't manage to get a horn :( Oh well. Best songs were Bamboo Banga, World Town, Bucky Done Gun and Boyz. Was anyone else really disapointed by Jimmy?

 

Also, who were the support act? She was sooo good and her dancers were hyper-cool.
