What did you have?

I watched Sweeney Todd last night and liked it.

I had McNuggets. They're so nice. :(

Congrats on your new car, David! B) Ford KA's are very fuel efficient, aren't they? That's the kind of car to get, what with gas prices... :arrr:

Yes I am, but I wish I wasn't. :P I need to learn how to slack off more.

Yeah they are. :D We're paying about £1.09/litre currently... a right pain. You work in gallons though don't you? So I suppose it'd be difficult to compare!

Multiply what you pay by about 3.75, David, and that's what we pay here in the US per gallon, or about $3.75 a gallon....

Aye it's expensive everywhere argh. I'm so skint atm too, so I've not been driving around that much!
Gas is 3.98 here now. That's nuts.

Imagine my joy paying that much and getting 26-27 gallons at one time at the pumps....my lorry has a 30 gallon tank on it....

I finished school for the final time today. :( It was so depressing... I've had a right weepy evening.

There, there David....look at it like this, you'll be starting out on a whole new adventure, making new friends... :) :)

We still loves ya here, my friend... ;) :D :D

Awww no way Gloria! :o I didn't really like it much at 11/12 years old, but since then it's been a right laugh! :heehee:

Biggy, David said in litres. There are 4.55 litres in a gallon. http://www.hintsandthings.co.uk/garage/fuelconv.htm. Each pound is worth 1.95 dollars. http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=GBPUSD=X.

So the cost of a gallon in the UK is 1.09 *4.55 *1.95 = which equals a cost of $9.67 pr gallon. -_-

BTW, since David posted the average price has risen to 112.2 per litre http://www.whatprice.co.uk/petrol-prices/

So that's 112.2 *4.55 *1.95 = which equals a cost of $9.95 per gallon.

Many thanks for the correction here....all this GBP/Litre/gallon conversion stuff was never my strong suit.....

Good heavens! :o There would be an uprising if we have to pay $9.95 here in the states! I wish the United States had more transportation like trains and buses. There isn't anything like that in my town. Everyone relies entirely on personal transportation, which isn't such a good thing anymore.

I had bad anxiety and lost all my friends by 11th grade.

I know someone at college who said that she started having panic attacks over school about the 10th grade and therefore decided to homeschool herself. I was homeschooled since the first grade, and we are both in the Honors Program at college, so I don't think it did us any harm. I think homeschooling is a wonderful thing, I loved it. So did all my other siblings. :D

Is homeschooling learning at home completely? I don't think I'd like that myself. :(

I feel quite good today, there was a good result in the Eurovision semi-final last night, and I had an exam this morning that went pretty well. ^_^ Now I can relax for a bit!

What was wrong Gloria?
