I hope you feel better soon Gloria! :( Depression sucks, I have some family members that have struggled with it some.

Is homeschooling learning at home completely? I don't think I'd like that myself. :(

Yeah, it's probably not for everyone. Usually, unless you've been homeschooled since first grade, you have a hard time getting used to being homeschooled, or that's my observation. However, all the homeschooled kids I know of score very high on the ACT and SAT and get great scholarships, so I think it does pay off. And I have plenty of friends even though I didn't go to public school, so the social aspect of it is good too. B) But like I said, some people like public school better.

Ahhh I suppose you have less distractions at home! I kinda like the distractions though! :(
That would be, Y'KNOW, Cassidy.

Surely, you don't mean THE Cassidy???? :???:

Mayday! Everybody hide! Cassidy's here!

We've been having lovely weather here. Sunny and nice.

But today was humid and sticky, which wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't doing yardwork for the neighbors. Plus, the ticks are rampant this year. So I won't even tell you how many I found on me. I think it's because the deer are terribly overpopulated here, but the game warrdens don't allow people to hunt very many, even though it's bad for the deer themselves to be so numerous.

And all the old Yankees who move down here to retire don't like the deer to be hunted either. No offense to Yankees. :D

Too bad they won't thin out the deer populace, grace....they need to be thinned out not only for herd health, but human health as well....
No offense to Yankees. :D

Good, because I am one. -_-

I was depressed because of the American Idol results..I'm still unhappy about it.

I'm good today, though.

What's a Yankee? In the UK, we refer to all Americans as "Yanks", but I'm guessing a Yankee is something different?
Here in the US, a Yank refers to someone who's from the north, as opposed to the south....goes back to the US Civil War....
Now we could play 6 degrees of separation...with Enya/Moya/Clannad, and anyone associated with THK....
