I've not heard of many of those people Grace.

I go back to school tomorrow. :(

:o But haven't you ever seen Breakfast at Tiffany's or To Kill A Mockingbird? How about Twelve O'Clock High? Gregory Peck is  in that one. Those are classics!

I don't have to go back until the 14th! Mwahahahahahaaaaa! :w00t:

Oh wow..you like a lot of older actors/actresses, Grace. ^_^

Yeah, I love black and white films, black and white seems so much more artistic than color in some ways. B) Still, there are some color films that are just as artistic. I thought that the new Pride and Prejudice had exquisite photography, even if they completely ruined the story line and turned the Bennet family into peasants. :arrr:

Oh some of our year in 2006 did 'To Kill a Mockingbird' for GCSE, I didn't though!

I had to read TKAM in 10th grade, but I never saw the movie. I've heard a lot of positive things about Pride and Prejudice, maybe I should watch it sometime.

I went shopping today. :w00t: I love shopping, whether it's for groceries or whatever.

I like shopping. ^_^ Only for myself though, and only when buying clothes.

I should probably know this, but what is GCSE?

I LOVE shopping for art supplies.

Haha GCSEs are the exams we take when we're 16 - not sure what they're called in the USA though! Then we have AS Levels when we're 17 and A2 Levels when we're 18.

I had a McDonald's yesterday. :w00t: It is quite rare for me too!
Maybe they are called SATs or proficiency tests over here..I'm not sure..

I just ate McDonald's and I have a happy stomach now. ^_^

I think you're probably right. I took the CAT, or California Achievement Test, after I completed each grade, and then took the ACT before I started college. Most other states use the SAT instead of the ACT, but our state uses the ACT for some reason. I HATED that test. :arrr: I was so stressed out when I took it, I don't know why I didn't score a big ol' 0.

I ate at Popeyes a couple of weeks ago. I thought their breaded crawfish was delicious. :D Their biscuits are heavenly too, and their beans and rice... I like how Popeyes uses lots of spice in their food, I'm crazy for hot stuff like jalepenos. ^_^

What's Popeye's? We don't have them over here.

Ooh yeah it's getting shown over here soon. I may watch. ^_^

We get it a few weeks after you I think. The auditions are usually even worse than the British ones. :o

I thought it was a chicken place.

It is, I guess. It's a fast food place that serves New Orleans style food, particularly their spicy fried chicken, which is really good. :D

Britain has an American Idol? :o What's it called, British Idol?

no it's called American Idol

we used to have our own called Pop Idol (was the first)

now we have the X factor <_<

We were the founders of 'Idol' I'll have you know Grace. :smoke: It was indeed called 'Pop Idol'. :D I actually prefer the concept of 'The X Factor' though ICR. :o
