The Automatic have announced the replacement for departed keyboardist and vocalist Pennie.

 

A spokesman confirmed to NME.COM that former Yourcodenameis:milo frontman Paul Mullen will be joining the remaining three-piece, although whether he will directly be filling Pennie's role on keyboard is not yet known.

 

Yourcodenameis:milo announced they were on an indefinite hiatus in August this year

Unusual source - especially when you consider what the guy who edited the letters page a few weeks ago said about the Automatic. (And I have to agree - with the exception of Monster, they're rubbish.)

I would have to say the opposite there, with the expection of Monster, there good, there other singles were ok but there album tracks are amazing and they are also amazing live, Monster though is $h!t
